Designed to revegetate woodland areas following the removal of established buckthorn colonies. Plant after buckthorn removal to restore native grasses or even provide fuel for prescribed burning. After buckthorn seedlings are managed, this mix can be enhanced with a forb component.
Seed mix will be similar to this Buckthorn Replacement Seed Mix by Minnesota Native Landscapes but is subject to change based on seed availability.
